The United States of America will serve as the host of the 2019 World Guernsey Conference. The American Guernsey Association and its members are well underway planning a one of a kind conference with both pre and post conference tours being held throughout the country.
The pre-conference tours kick off on May 21, 2019 in Houston, Texas and then trek north. Guests will visit some of the United States’ most well-known attractions including the Johnson Space Station, AT&T Stadium, the National Cowboy Museum, Bass Pro Shops, and Billy Bob’s Honky Tonk. Attendees will also stop at Lavon Farms, the Moore family, Dix Lee Farm, the Dixon Family and Knapps Guernseys, the Knapp family. Possible stops also include Jens Gold Farm, Hoard’s Dairyman, Lang Haven Farm, Coulee Crest, Snider’s Homestead and many more.
The 16th World Guernsey Conference will then commence in Lancaster Pennsylvania on June 9, 2019. Conference guests will not only be able to attend workshops about genetics, breeding and various Guernsey programs, but they will also be able to visit Warwick Manor Farm, owned by the Stoltzfus family.
Following the conference, attendees will be able to travel north to New York State for additional farm tours and national landmarks. These include Ripley Farms, Coon Brothers Farm, home of Smithfield Guernseys and Del’s Dairy.

Attendees planning to attend the entire World Guernsey Conference, beginning in Houston, Texas, USA should consider flying into the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) located in Houston.
If only attending the main conference, conference attendees should consider flying into either Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA or Baltimore–Washington International Airport (BWI) in Baltimore, Maryland, USA and then traveling by rental car or Amtrak Train to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA for the conference.
